Yes — it starts with the alphabet and the sounds ң, ө, ү. Kyrgyz is introduced step by step through ready-made phrases; explanations are in Russian, English or Turkish.

Since August 2025 the law requires Kyrgyz for a residence permit and immigrant status; Russian is no longer accepted, and the State Language Commission names level A1.
